Meet your instructor: Josh O'Neill

My passion has always been visual storytelling. For me, shooting, producing, and editing were all the same thing, they were all just part of the process that allowed me to create visual stories. This has been an approach that I’ve carried through my career.

Over the last 15 years I have been fortunate enough to work around the world as a producer and camera operator on films, TV shows and documentaries for platforms such as Amazon, Paramount + and Disney +, as well as major programs like Survivor, Ninja Warrior, The Voice, and many more.

I spent over a year carefully designing and crafting Rebel Film School as a place to share all the valuable knowledge and lessons that I've learnt, and I'm excited to pass it on to you. I look forward to seeing the amazing cinematic videos that you create!

My passion has always been visual storytelling. 

For me, shooting, producing, and editing were all the same thing, they were all just part of the process that allowed me to create visual stories. This has been an approach that I’ve carried through my career.
